Terms & Conditions

All of the products that are on the website are available with us as inventory and we would ship them out as soon as we get the order. However, since we use third party courier services for our deliveries, they may take more than 3-7 days’ time to execute the deliveries depending on your location. On dispatch, we will send you a mail giving you the details of the courier service used.

R C Retail is not responsible for any delay by the courier company. We deliver from Monday to Saturday.

Exchange policy: We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hours  of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On exchange, we would refund the amount to you.

Return policy: We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us with 24 hours of delivery through tektumba.com Support. You have to courier us back the item, as we do not have a pickup service. In case of returns we will refund the shipping cost.

While returning/exchanging your item(s), please address the package to “R C Retail, Flat No. B 202, Aponaloy, 322 New Jessore Road, Kolkata – 700132, West Bengal, India“. We would recommend you to use DTDC Courier service for any type of return or exchange.



Refund will be processed through the original payment method used by customer.

Please note: We ask that all returned/exchanged items be returned in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or damaged items.
